Our Programs
1. AHZ Program for Administrative and Technical Training:
This program aims to train youth in various administrative, technical and vocational fields,
in order to improve their skills and promote their employability. Soft interest free financial loans
will be offered towards training and these are repaid in easy installments upon the start of
employment and in cooperation and agreement with the prospective employer.
Aims of the Program
- To make Saudi youth aware of existing employment opportunities available in administrative,
technical and vocational fields;
- To help develop and spread an understanding that administrative, technical and vocational
training can be completed in a reasonably short time;
- To help young men and women gain employment upon completion of training;
- To fund small projects for ambitious trainees who excel and distinguish themselves during
training.
2. AHZ Program for the Support of Small Projects:
This program makes available employment opportunities and interest free loans with easy pay back
installments. Consultancy, management and technical guidance is also provided to Saudi youth to
support the genuine desire of young men and women to start small projects.
Aims of the Program
- To find real and renewed employment opportunities for Saudi youth;
- To encourage the undertaking of small industrial, commercial, craft and service projects,
which form a good support basis for larger projects and bigger industries;
- To support and encourage graduates from universities and other learning institutions to
establish their own private businesses;
- To motivate entrepreneurial Saudi youth to set up their own businesses as an alternative to
seeking employment.
3. AHZ Program for the Support of Mini Projects:
This program helps women to supplement their income by establishing their own mini projects or by
their ownership in smaller business, It offers financial services commensurate with their needs
through interest free loans with easy repayment terms. The purpose of the program is to transform
existing dependency on aid and help into productive self-dependency where adequate income can be
earned to fulfill needs. The program offers financial services commensurate to needs through
interest free loans with easy payment terms.

- To increase family income by investing in the social and human elements that exist within
each family;
- To create viable internal employment opportunities for needy households in their particular
environment;
- To develop society so that it becomes a more productive and efficient contributor to the
economic cycle of the Kingdom;

economic demands placed upon its kin.

Program for Administrative and Technical Training
AHZ Community Service Center AHZ Program for
Administrative and Technical Training
This program makes available self employment opportunities for Saudi youth by
supporting young men and women who have a genuine desire to establish their own small projects. The
program offers interest free loans and easy repayment terms as well as management consultation and
technical guidance at the commencement of the project.
Aims of the Program

To educate Saudi youth and make them aware of available job opportunities
in administrative, technical and vocational fields.

To develop and spread an understanding that administrative and practical
technical training can be achieved over a short period of time.

To help young men and women gain employment upon completion of
training.

To finance small projects for ambitious trainees who have excelled and
distinguished themselves and who have completed their courses.
Fields of training

Loan Conditions
Applicants must meet the following
conditions:

Must be a Saudi national.
-
Aged between 18 and not exceeding 25 years of age.
-
Minimum academic requirement: “Intermediate
Certificate”.

Training program duration of three to six months depending on
qualifications and specific program.
-
Trainee must obtain an undertaking from prospective employer upon
completion for training for coordination purposes.

The applicant must provide a guarantor.
-
The applicant must present a statement of training costs from the training
party.

Support of Small Projects
This program makes available self employment opportunities for Saudi youth by
supporting young men and women who have a genuine desire to establish their own small projects. The
program offers interest free loans with easy repayment terms and it offers management consultation
and technical guidance at the commencement of the project.

To encourage the development of small entrepreneurial projects
(industrial, commercial, occupational, services), and create a foundation of support for existing
larger projects in larger industries.

To support men and women graduates of universities and learning
institutions to establish their own businesses.

To motivate Saudi entrepreneurial youth to establish their own personal
projects as an alternative to seeking employment.
Features
-
To offer support in-kind up to SR 100,000 as an interest free loan with
easy repayment terms.

To assist in the preparation of a feasibility study for the
project.
-
To assist in the selection of qualified staff for the project.
-
To follow-up and monitor staff performance at work during the first year
of the project.
-
Principal loan repayments begin three months from the start of operation,
with the total amount settled within three years through easy monthly instalments.
Eligibility Conditions
The applicant must meet the
following conditions:

Must be a Saudi national.
-
To be between 20 to 40 years of age.
-
To be resident of the same city where the project is executed.
-
Must be dedicated full time to manage and support the project.
-
Must successfully complete a personal interview and tests, and secure
preliminary approval from the Projects Support Committee.
-
Must attend and complete training course for beginners, if needed.
-
Pre -requisites integral to the project:
-
Must be a new and practical concept that can be applied in
reality.
-
All workers in the project must be Saudi citizens.
-
A preliminary feasibility study must be presented.
-
All fixed assets must be in the name of the Center until the
outstanding loan has been settled in full.
-
The applicant must contribute at least 10% of the cost of the total
project.
-
The applicant must provide a guarantor who meets the conditions set
forth by the Center in the event the project is approved.
Steps to Qualify for Subsidy
Applicants interested in obtaining a support subsidy for their projects must
submit / undertake the following:

Present a very clear scope of the project.
-
Submit comprehensive and succinct financial data to include the
following:
-
Capital expenditure (fixed assets expenditure);
-
Operational costs (rents, materials, administrative expenses,
salaries) along with a monthly detailed report for these expenses for the first year;
-
Anticipated income, to be in monthly detailed schedules along with
support clarification about each of the activities, particularly if there is more than one (selling,
maintenance, etc.);
-
To schedule repayment of the loan from generated income provided the
payment schedule does not exceed a period of three years.

Marketing study to include:
-
The type of product or service the project will offer (whether
available in the market, or new);
-
Competitors of the product or service;
-
Pricing policy for the product or service;
-
Advertising and publicity plans if required;
-
Location of the project.
-
Operational plan for at least one year to be specified as follows:
-
Forecast monthly profit targets and method of achieving
targets;
-
Number of workers, their duties and responsibilities to achieve
expected profit targets.

Personal information:

Copy of national ID along the original for verification;
-
Curriculum Vitae along with a copy of the latest academic certificate
and a reference of good conduct.

Complete information about the guarantor.
-
Official documentation (records, necessary licences and documents needed
to obtain the licence from the Ministry of Commerce).

This program helps women to supplement their income by setting up their own
small projects, or through their ownership of smaller business. The purpose of the program is to
change existing conditions of dependency on aid and help into productive self-dependency in order to
generate adequate income to fulfill needs. It offers financial services commensurate with needs
through interest free loans with easy repayment terms.

2. Terms and Conditions required by the Program
-
Must be a Saudi national.
-
Aged between 18 and 55.
-
Supervising party to monitor work.
-
Full consent to be provided by husband or guardian.
3. Loan Description
-
Average loan between SR 1,000 – 5,000 per individual.
-
Period of loan investment from 7-10 months.
-
Installment repayments commence two weeks from the date of receiving the
loan for the first three phases, then monthly during the last phases.

Guarantor required
Fields of Families' Projects Acceptable fields include
handicraft and similar works that can be self sustaining by the families, such as:

Preparation of foods and sweets.
-
Decorative works and floral arrangements.
-
Traditional handmade products.
-
Leather and artistic goods.
-
Any project presented by the applicant and subsequently approved.
