Our activities in the areas of education and training include:

Employing and training nationals through a dedicated Zamil Training
Center. This internationally accredited body provides one-year diploma programs and specialized
courses which are also fully accredited by the General Organization for Technical Education and
Vocational Training (GOTEVOT).
- Operating a scheme run jointly with the Kingdom’s Human Resource Development Fund
(HRDF) and National System for Joint Training.
- Sponsoring fast track employees for higher education and post-graduate programs.
- Providing extensive on-the-job training programs for starting employees and career
planning.
- Supporting higher learning institutes, academic and research programs, as well as
vocational training centers.
Through our ‘AHZ Community Service Center’ Zamil Group supports the Saudi
government’s initiative of encouraging Saudi youth to develop professionally and become more
productive members of society by taking greater advantage of available training programs and job
opportunities in the government and private sectors to achieve their aspiration and self
realization.
